This Privacy Policy applies to all applications, websites, and services provided by ThisCity, including "ThisCity Quotes", "ThisCity POS", "Nyimbify", "Arrived", "FNChat", "Events", "FleetLog", and all other current and future applications published by ThisCity.

• Organization & User Data: Business profiles, employee roles, and personal preferences stored securely in Firestore.
• Operational Data: Real-time tracking (GPS), inventory records, sales transactions, chat messages, and event details depending on the specific app used.
• Customer Data: Information about your own clients that you store within our platform for business purposes.
• Device & Usage Information: Technical data (model, OS, app version) and usage patterns to ensure compatibility and system health.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To operate and maintain the ThisCity platform and all integrated applications.
• To facilitate cross-app features (e.g., using your organization profile across POS and FleetLog).
• To process transactions, manage credits, and enforce security policies (like PIN verification).
• To provide real-time services like delivery tracking and instant messaging.
• To improve our software and develop new solutions for our users.

4. Data Sharing and Public Access

Some features (like "Publishing" a quote) make specific data accessible via unique URLs. You are responsible for who you share these with. We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties. We only share data with service providers (like Firebase) necessary to run the platform.

We use industry-standard security measures, including Firebase's secure infrastructure and encrypted cloud storage, to protect your data. Each application's data is isolated based on our centralized permission model to ensure your business and personal data remain private.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through the application settings. If you wish to close your account and delete all associated data, you can do so within the app or by contacting us directly.

Upon deletion, your account will be removed and all public data will be taken down from the site. However, please note that deactivated financial and operational records (such as invoices, quotes, and transaction logs) will be kept in an offline archive for seven (7) years to comply with legal record-keeping requirements. These archived records may be made available to authorities only with a valid court order as part of a legal investigation.
