Last Updated: January 17, 2026

How to Request Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data collected through any ThisCity application (including Quotes, POS, Nyimbify, Arrived, FNChat, Events, FleetLog, and others) by following these steps:

Email your request to info@thiscity.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your account email or phone number used in the app.
  • Your organization name (if applicable).
  • A statement confirming you want your personal and business data deleted.

What We Delete

Upon a verified request, we will remove the following from our cloud servers and public website:

  • User account details (name, email, phone, authentication records).
  • Organization profiles and logos.
  • Customer contact lists and employee roles.
  • All public data (published quotes, shared links).
  • Operational data such as inventory records and chat history.
  • Device identifiers associated with your account.

Legal Record Keeping

While your account and all public-facing data will be removed from the site, please note the following regarding financial and operational records:

  • Seven-Year Retention: To comply with legal and tax record-keeping requirements, deactivated financial records (such as invoices, quotes, and transaction logs) will be archived offline for a period of seven (7) years.
  • Legal Investigations: These archived records are not accessible to the public but may be made available to authorized government authorities if requested via a valid court order as part of a legal investigation.

Processing Time

We verify requests using your account email to protect your data. Verified requests are typically processed within 30 days. Please note that some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes), in which case we will remove all personal identifiers where possible.

Local Data

Data stored locally on your device (such as cached images or downloaded PDF receipts) must be removed manually by uninstalling the application and clearing your device's app cache.
